Ibet2u Terms and Conditions — Platform Rights, Responsibilities and Rules

Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ibet2u ("Platform", "we", or "Company") regarding the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by ibet2u.

By accessing, registering or using any part of the ibet2u platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making deposits, using games or claiming bonuses — you hereby express full consent to all terms contained in this document, together with ibet2u's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published separately.

This agreement takes effect from the date you register as an ibet2u member and remains in force for as long as your account is active or until the account is terminated in accordance with the provisions of this document.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the ibet2u platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Is legally competent to enter into binding agreements in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not registering under another person's name or using false information during the registration process.
• Not an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an ibet2u employee or game software provider partnered with ibet2u.

Ibet2u reserves the right to request identity document verification to confirm member eligibility at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension or termination.

The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. This is a standard protective measure used by all responsible financial platforms to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at ibet2u. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Inaccurate or false information will result in account termination without notice.

• Account passwords are the member's sole responsibility — do not share them with anyone.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact ibet2u support immediately.
• Ibet2u will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's negligence in maintaining their account security.

Members are fully responsible for all activities occurring within their account, including wagering, deposits and withdrawals, regardless of whether the activity was carried out by the member or any other party who gains access to the account.

Fund Deposit

Ibet2u supports multiple deposit methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and USDT. All payment methods listed on the platform are active and available to registered members.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are clearly stated on the Deposit page.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the ibet2u platform.
• Ibet2u does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to the account within 1–5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.

Ibet2u reserves the right to place on hold or reject any deposit suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering or a breach of terms. In such cases, our compliance team will contact the member for further verification.

Withdrawal of Wins

Ibet2u members are entitled to withdraw their wins subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met:

1. The KYC (identity verification) process has been completed and the submitted documents have been verified by the ibet2u team.
2. No active bonus with an outstanding minimum wagering requirement.
3. The account must not be under "suspended" or "under investigation" status by the compliance team.
4. The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal limit set for the chosen payment method.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method — typically 1 to 24 hours for e-wallets and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. ibet2u strives to process all eligible withdrawals as quickly as possible.

Withdrawals must be made to an account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name. ibet2u does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for security and legal compliance reasons.

Bonuses & Promotions

Ibet2u offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses and exclusive offers for VIP members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in each offer.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount (or bonus + deposit) must be wagered at the specified multiplier before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Maximum Betting Limit: When using bonus funds, the maximum bet limit per round or match is as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Eligible Games: Some games may be excluded from contributing toward bonus wagering requirements. The list of eligible games is stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: By default, only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.

Ibet2u reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including multi-account usage, system exploitation or any form of fraud. ibet2u's decisions regarding bonuses are final.

Game Rules

All games available on the ibet2u platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports, bingo, and other games — are operated by internationally licensed software providers using independently audited and certified random number generators (RNG).

The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is set by the software provider and can be reviewed in the respective game information. ibet2u does not modify or manipulate the outcome of any game.

• Every game result is final once the round or match is completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ibet2u will attempt to restore the session or re-credit any unresolved bets.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled once the game has started.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are displayed within the game interface.

For sports betting, ibet2u reserves the right to void or adjust odds before an event begins if there are significant changes to match conditions, technical errors or inaccurate information.

Prohibited User Conduct

To keep the ibet2u platform safe, fair and enjoyable for all members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Registering or using multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to exploit system vulnerabilities, including collusion in poker games or live tables.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make deposits.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage betting) to guarantee risk-free wins for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward support staff or other members.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ibet2u on any platform.

Ibet2u employs an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any confirmed violation will be acted upon immediately without prior notice.

Account Suspension & Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the ibet2u customer support team. Eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

Ibet2u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that information provided during registration is false or misleading.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, ibet2u reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is complete. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be fully forfeited.

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Online betting and gaming involve financial risk. ibet2u provides the platform as an entertainment medium and does not guarantee any wins or financial returns to members.

• Ibet2u is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity.
• Ibet2u is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server issues or natural disasters.
• In the event of a technical error causing an inaccurate game result, ibet2u reserves the right to void the affected round and re-credit the wager.
• Ibet2u's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The ibet2u platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the absence of errors, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to These Terms

Ibet2u reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes through:

• Email notice to the registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Pop-up notices or banners displayed on the ibet2u platform.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the ibet2u platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and close your account.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ibet2u is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will first be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and the ibet2u team.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Members agree not to participate in any class action or representative action against ibet2u. All claims must be filed on an individual basis.
